Salary: £30,000-£35,000+ (dependent on experience) and performance awards.
InsureSafeLine is a dynamic, independent insurance brokerage based in Birmingham, committed to delivering tailored, market-leading solutions for clients across the U.K. It is one of nine businesses which sit within YourSupportLine, a one-stop shop for financial services for SMEs. Founded in 2015, the business is embarking on an ambitious expansion plan over the next year and is seeking a new Senior Account Executive, reporting directly to the Head of Insurance, to catapult the business through this exciting period. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious leader, with relevant commercial insurance technical knowledge and experience, to play a critical role in driving forward the business through this exciting expansion period.
Key Responsibilities:
•\tManage new business leads and existing client renewals.
•\tDrive forward the new business strategy.
•\tBuild and manage rigorous relationships with clients, via. execution of a rigorous client engagement strategy.
•\tDevelop and maintain relationships with a range of insurers.
•\tEnsure full compliance with FCA regulations.
Requirements:
•\tBachelor’s Degree.
•\t5+ years' experience in insurance broking, account management, or sales.
•\tExtensive knowledge of insurance products, claims handling processes and FCA regulation.
•\tExcellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
•\tExperience with using the Acturis system.
•\tInsurance qualification (e.g. CII) advantageous.
