Responsibilities
* Support patients before, during and after clinic appointments, ensuring comfort, dignity and reassurance at all times.
* Monitor and record basic clinical observations such as temperature, pulse, respirations and weight, maintaining accurate patient records.
* Assist with patient admission and registration processes and act as a chaperone when required.
* Prepare and maintain clinical equipment, treatment areas and supplies to ensure smooth running of clinics.
* Champion infection prevention and control, patient safety, confidentiality and KIMS values in all aspects of your work.
Qualifications
Essential
* NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent).
* Experience working in a hospital or outpatient environment.
* A caring, compassionate approach with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team while maintaining confidentiality and professional boundaries.
Desirable
* Flexibility to work across different departments and adapt to a fast‑paced environment.
* Basic IT/keyboard skills.
