The Role
As Junior Office Manager, you'll help keep our busy agency running smoothly while creating a welcoming and professional office environment. You'll work closely with the Finance Director and wider team, gaining hands‑on experience across office operations, administration, and people support.
Key Responsibilities
* Act as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and deliveries
* Help maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming office environment
* Prepare meeting rooms and arrange refreshments
* Order and manage office supplies, including stationery and kitchen stock
* Coordinate with suppliers and contractors for office maintenance and repairs
* Support internal systems such as Slack, Kisi, and Gett
* Assist with basic IT and office set‑up support
* Organise staff and client gifts
* Provide administrative support to Directors and the wider team
* Assist with office budgets and team events
* Attend weekly team meetings and agency gatherings
People & Culture Support
* Assist with onboarding new starters and offboarding leavers
* Maintain employee records on BrightHR
* Support annual reviews and employee check‑ins
* Help organise social, charity, and community initiatives
* Keep the Finance Director updated on office activity and flag any issues proactively
About You
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail
* Friendly, approachable, and confident communicating with people at all levels
* Positive attitude and willingness to learn
* Able to multitask and prioritise in a busy environment
* Strong administrative and IT skills
* Previous office, administrative, hospitality, or customer service experience is beneficial but not essential
