And with this role also being client-side, it means you'll be overseeing projects from start to finish, having full ownership, and experiencing the satisfaction of a job well done.
This growing and busy company is looking for a Development Project Manager to join their property team, helping oversee new build works and large-scale refurbishments across their UK-wide portfolio.
You will work alongside the acquisitions team at the start of the process, assisting with site appraisals and helping to decide the scope of works needed. From there, you'll instruct external consultants as necessary to bring the project team together, produce detailed technical specifications, monitor costs and progress throughout the work until handover at the end.
You can be based anywhere in the UK, but if you're in the Midlands, it will make coverage easier. You should have experience as a construction project manager, building surveyor, or similar, be able to work autonomously, and have experience handling new build and refurbishment works up to approximately £5 million in value.
