Paid Social Media Manager
A Paid Social Media Manager at Protein Works drives consistent & compelling revenue growth in DTC markets. Their vital work supports in delivering the key commercial building blocks of Order Volume, AOV, Gross Margin, LTV:CAC, NNPOFO and new customer acquisition. The Paid Social Media Manager supports and feeds into end-to-end involvement in how we hit our revenue targets and therefore responsibility for delivering sustainable revenue growth across our paid social channels.
The Paid Social Media Manager sits within a Squad and works in tandem with the Growth Hacker/Squad Leader and the rest of the Squad members. Your role will be to lead the strategy and direction of our paid social channels, ensuring best in class thinking and execution.
This role requires effective collaboration across your Squad, other Sales & Marketing Squads and in time, the wider business - specifically Commercial, Brand & BI Teams. You will be known for your growth mindset and your ability to visibly impact in-day performance and demonstrating how you can effectively handle the long-term blend of commercial, brand and A/B testing strategies.
