Our client is seeking a Facilities Coordinator to join their busy organisation. The ideal candidate will be physically fit, enjoy interacting with internal and external staff, and appreciate a varied day. You should have some administrative experience and be confident with Word and Excel, demonstrating accurate keyboard skills.
Responsibilities include lifting equipment as needed, walking around the building to deliver post, frank outgoing mail, logging files for digital storage, and arranging collections and destruction of hard copy data. You will oversee weekly fire alarm drills and conduct building inspections as required.
The corporate offices are based in St Albans. You must be a car driver, as errands will be part of the role. The company offers a salary up to £28,000, subsidised car parking, death in service benefits, and more.
