What you’ll do
Being a Field Service Engineer means more than maintaining our Costa Express equipment. You’ll solve problems, be accountable for the equipment in your patch, and stay ahead of the curve:
* Diagnosing faults to repair or replace the equipment that keeps customers enjoying their coffee
* Communicating issues, problems and solutions through escalation points
* Providing first-class customer service for our partners

Our training
We believe in developing and investing in talent. Our City & Guilds Assured training programme helps you reach your full potential. We have a world-class academy for technical learning bespoke to each machine proposition, and we expose you to our fleet and Brand.
Prior to your technical academy training you will observe the role and responsibilities with a Field Service Engineer. You will gain hands-on learning with our IT platforms in the field, then join our Technical Trainers for in-depth training at our Loudwater Academy — covering servicing & maintaining our fleet and fault finding. You will be supported by champions in the field and have access to our digital platform to support day-to-day activities. Our training programme meets global quality standards set by City & Guilds and enables continuous improvement. You will complete Electrical Safety Learning and be prepared to deliver the perfect coffee on every visit.
Working pattern
37.5 hours a week, 1 in 4 weekends
