Prospero Teaching are currently recruiting for a Secondary English Teacher to work within an SEMH Provision based in Farnborough from September. The suitable Teacher will need experience, confidence and resilience to be working with students with SEMH & Behavioural Needs.
The school can offer the successful Teacher the opportunity to work with a fantastic team of support staff and experienced Senior Leadership Team, working with a Therapeutic environment. 16. Calming mannerisms in challenging situations.
17. Strong behaviour management skills while creating a fun learning environment.
18. Driven to motivate the pupil and increase his participation.
19. The ability to grow individual personal development.
20. Be caring, patient and have good communication skills.
21. Be self-reflective, have a willingness to learn and demonstrate initiative.
22. Experience supporting an individual with Autism.
23. Willing to complete Safeguarding online training.
To be eligible for this role through Prospero teaching, you must

25. Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application
