Overview
Next Stores – Office Team Member role within a fast-paced store team. Primary focus is to complete store administration to audit standards while remaining flexible to work on the salesfloor or in the stockroom. Flexible working options are available.
Shifts
6 hrs per week; Tue 08:30 - 11:30; Sat 15:30 - 18:30
Responsibilities
* Perform daily store administration tasks, including stock and cash handling
* Ensure smooth running of admin processes to support audit results
* Work across store areas as needed (sales floor and stockroom)
* Provide fast, friendly customer service from back or front of house
* Communicate administration issues or discrepancies with the Store Team
* Take control of your own development
* Maintain accuracy, thoroughness and strong attention to detail
* Take pride in your work and approach tasks with energy and enthusiasm
* Remain friendly, calm and efficient on busy days
* Be a team player as well as able to work independently
* Be flexible, supportive and willing to go the extra mile
* Comfortable using a PC
Requirements & Considerations
* Evidence of right to work in the UK before commencement of employment in line with Home Office guidance
* This role is not typically sponsored under the Skilled Worker route due to Home Office requirements on skill level
* Candidates should consider their own right-to-work options without Next sponsorship
