Maintenance Engineer – Water Hygiene & Compliance
Location: Head Office - Gillingham, Covering London, Kent, Essex
We are seeking a proactive and skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our growing team. You’ll play a key role in delivering water hygiene and compliance services across commercial and industrial sites, helping our clients remain safe, compliant, and efficient.
Key Responsibilities:

Perform routine water monitoring and sampling (temperature checks, dip slides, pH, conductivity, etc.)
*
Carry out tank inspections, cleans, and disinfections in line with BS 8558
*
Undertake minor plumbing and remedial works (dead leg removals, TMV servicing, etc.)
*
Support with closed system testing and chemical dosing
*
Complete service reports and logbooks to compliance standards
Requirements:
*
Previous experience in water hygiene or plumbing-based maintenance roles
*
Good understanding of ACoP L8 and HSG274
*
Full UK driving licence (essential)
*
City & Guilds or equivalent water hygiene certifications (preferred)
