NIGHT SHIFT SUPERVISOR – CUMBERNAULD
People Solutions are currently recruiting for a Night Shift Supervisor – Cumbernauld to join our well-established client based in Cumbernauld. This is a fantastic opportunity offering consistent full-time night shifts, a temp-to-perm opportunity, and long-term progression within a fast-paced logistics environment. This role would also be suitable for candidates with experience as a Warehouse Supervisor, Team Leader, Shift Supervisor, or Warehouse Team Leader.
Shifts
• Tuesday to Saturday
• 00:00 – 09:00
• Flexibility required to finish between 10:00 – 11:00 depending on workload
Rates of Pay
• £30,000 – £33,000 per annum

Day-to-Day Duties
As a Night Shift Supervisor, your duties will include (but are not limited to):
• Supervising night shift warehouse operations
• Leading and motivating a team to achieve daily targets
• Allocating workload and monitoring team performance
• Supporting shift planning and organisation
• Ensuring health and safety procedures are followed at all times
• Assisting with warehouse duties when required
• Reporting updates and issues to senior management
Essential Skills
• Previous experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or Team Leader
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Flexible and hands-on approach
• Reliable and able to commit to night shift work
Desirable Experience
• Background within logistics or distribution
• Experience managing KPIs and performance targets
Training Provided
• Ongoing training and support provided
