Summary
We are seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to join our vibrant team at iQualify UK, based at our Grays campus. You will be the welcoming face of our institution ensuring seamless front-of-house operations, providing essential administrative support, and assisting with student admissions in a role that's central to enhancing the overall student experience.

* Site: On-campus at iQualify UK, Queensgate Centre, Orsett Road, Grays, Thurrock, RM17 5DF
* Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 17:00
* Contract: Full-time, Permanent
Salary
* £25,000 per annum
Role Highlights & Key Responsibilities
You will be the welcoming face and voice of iQualify UK, expertly balancing reception duties with essential administrative support, including student admissions tasks.
* Greet and support visitors, students, staff, and guests with warm, professional service.
* Handle incoming calls, emails, and general enquiries efficiently and courteously.
* Manage mail, deliveries, and maintain the reception area's tidy, organized atmosphere.
* Assist with scheduling and maintaining calendar and appointment systems.
* Undertake clerical tasks: filing, scanning, data entry, and coordinating meeting rooms.
* Organise refreshments and logistical support for campus events and appointments.
* Provide basic administrative assistance to student admissions such as helping process enquiries, organising application materials, or guiding applicants through initial steps.
* Uphold confidentiality and data protection, connecting prospective students to relevant admissions staff when needed.
Essential Criteria
* Exceptional communication skills (both written and spoken).
* Professional and approachable disposition.
* Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
* Reliability, punctuality, and the capacity to multitask.
* Comfortable using Microsoft Office; willingness to learn CRM or admissions platforms as needed.
Preferred (Nice-to-Have)
* Prior experience in reception, customer service, or administrative roles.
* Exposure to educational or admissions environments.
* Familiarity with data protection principles and student privacy protocols.
