Responsibilities
:
1. Manage the end-to-end IT change management process, ensuring that changes are properly logged, assessed, authorised, implemented, and reviewed in accordance with established governance.
2. Evaluate the potential impact and risk of proposed changes to services, infrastructure, and business operations.
3. Organise and lead CAB meetings to review, discuss, and authorise changes in collaboration with stakeholders from across Digital Information and business functions.
4. Conduct change reviews to assess effectiveness, identify lessons learned, and prevent recurrence of issues caused by changes.
5. Coordinate change implementation schedules and ensure appropriate communication to affected stakeholders.
6. Develop and track KPIs related to change success rate, failed changes, emergency changes, and change-related incidents.
7. Collaborate with service owners, IT operations, and external partners to ensure smooth execution of changes and alignment with service priorities.
8. Identify improvement opportunities in the change management process and implement best practices to optimise change efficiency and reduce service disruptions.
Required Skillset & Experience
9. University degree of higher required; Bachelor?s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field is preferred.
10. Relevant IT Service Management certifications (e.g. ITIL v3/4)
11. PMP (Project Management Professional) and related certifications are preferred.
12. Experience of IT service delivery and performance management
13. Experience setting and managing SLAs/KPIs as well as in service operations using the ITIL
14. Strong understanding of ITSM platforms (e.g., ServiceNow)
15. Good understanding of IT architecture and key technology components, e.g., servers, networks
16. Experience using major Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
