Key Responsibilities
1. Deliver engaging and supportive lessons to students with SEN, tailored to their individual needs.
2. Work across a range of settings, including ASD, ADHD, SEMH, and other additional needs.
3. Collaborate with school staff to ensure continuity and high-quality support.
4. Create a positive, safe, and inclusive learning environment.
5. Adapt teaching methods to different learners and behavioural needs.
Essential Skills & Experience
6. QTS or equivalent teaching qualification.
7. Experience supporting students with SEN (ASD, ADHD, SEMH, etc.).
8. Strong classroom management and communication skills.
9. Flexible, patient, and committed to providing high-quality education.
10. Enhanced DBS on the update service, or willingness to obtain one.
