Your Leadership Role
This position is about more than clinical excellence - it’s about leading and inspiring others. You’ll:
* Develop and implement clinical protocols to ensure gold-standard care
* Support the entire team through mentorship and guidance
* Deliver training sessions to build skills and confidence
* Champion a culture of collaboration, learning, and continuous improvement
* Demonstrate the importance of leadership and the positive impact it brings to the team and clients
Our Facilities

* Dental X-ray
* Endoscopy

* Fully equipped in-house laboratory
We also benefit from monthly peripatetic services in ophthalmology and cardiology, supporting further case exposure and learning. These tools and services enable us to offer a comprehensive service to our patients and provide our team with the resources they need to grow their clinical skills and confidence.
