Occupational Therapy Lead (Interim)

* £33.16 per hour (PAYE)
* £45.00 per hour (Limited / Umbrella)
We are recruiting an Interim Occupational Therapy Lead to provide senior management oversight across key Adult Social Care functions. This service-manager–level role will lead the Independent Living Service (ILS) and oversee Community Occupational Therapy (locality) services, including Blue Badge provision.
A critical focus of this assignment will be service improvement and transformation, including implementing recommendations arising from a recent service review.
The Role
As Occupational Therapy Lead, you will operate at both strategic and operational levels, providing strong leadership and direction to the service. You will ensure effective delivery of high-quality services, manage complex priorities, and drive continuous improvement across the OT function.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Providing leadership and management oversight of the Independent Living Service (ILS)
2. Overseeing Community OT locality services, including Blue Badge functions
3. Driving service improvement and implementing review recommendations
4. Ensuring effective service delivery, performance management, and compliance
