Part-time | 20 hours per week | Remote (UK based)
We’re looking for a thoughtful, hands-on UX or UI Designer to join our Ecommerce platform team part-time (20 hours per week).
This role is all about designing clean, effective website experiences that drive performance and doing it in a way that feels considered, user-first, and test-ready. You'll work closely with our CRO Manager and Frontend Developers, turning insight and hypotheses into clear, testable Figma designs that can be A/B tested through our experimentation platform, and rolled out if they win.
Short-term, it’s a delivery-focused design role, ideal for someone who enjoys practical UX/UI work -- less theory, more action. You’ll help shape how Wex Photo Video customers navigate, explore, and purchase on our site, with every design rooted in real behaviour, data, and measurable outcomes.
What you'll be doing
* Designing new and optimised website experiences in Figma, ready for testing.
* Turning CRO hypotheses, behavioural data, and team insight into smart, user-centred designs.
* Updating and evolving our ecommerce design system as new patterns emerge.
* Collaborating with our CRO Manager and Frontend Developers to ensure designs are feasible, testable, and scalable.
* Connecting with design teams across our group to align on UX patterns and shared best practices.
* Championing consistent, accessible design throughout the customer journey.
* Bringing fresh thinking to everyday ecommerce challenges -- navigation, discovery, checkout and beyond.
What we're looking for
* Strong experience designing ecommerce web experiences in Figma.
* Confident working in a fast-paced, test-and-learn environment.
* Experience with A/B testing workflows, from design to outcome evaluation.
* Able to work independently but also thrives in cross-functional collaboration.
* A clear communicator, especially when explaining design thinking to non-designers.
* Balanced in your approach, you know when to polish and when to ship.
* Open-minded, practical, and always looking for a better way.

How we work
This is a remote-first role, open to UK-based candidates only. We’ll agree set days / times for your 20 hours each week, so you’ll have structure, consistency, and time to get into the detail. (If you’re London-based, even better, we get together from time to time.)
