Salary: £60,000 OTE + Company Car

As our pipeline continues to grow, we are expanding our leadership team and looking for an ambitious, energetic, and experienced Scaffolding Projects Manager to take ownership of project delivery across multiple live projects.

The Role
Based out of our Banbury operation and reporting directly to the Projects Director, you will be the driving force behind the success of several key projects across the UK.
You’ll oversee labour, performance, safety, and commercial delivery, while building strong relationships with site teams, clients, and internal departments.
This role offers outstanding autonomy, visibility, and opportunity to grow with an expanding business.
Key Responsibilities
Operational Leadership
* Lead and manage day-to-day contract operations across multiple project sites.
* Allocate labour effectively, forecast demand, and address shortages early.
* View and price work aligned with commercial targets and client requirements.
Technical & Compliance Excellence
* Oversee scaffold inspections, handovers, and site compliance.
* Ensure adherence to TG20:21, SG4:22, and bespoke scaffold designs.
* Monitor project costs, stock usage, and overall progress.
Team Development
* Lead recruitment of scaffolders and apprentices.
* Support training, mentoring, and skill development across your workforce.
* Uphold a high-performance culture built on safety, pride, and accountability.
Health & Safety Leadership
* Ensure RAMS, inductions, TBTs, and inspections are completed consistently.
* Champion safe working across all sites and reinforce best practice.
* Collaborate with our H&S and HR teams to maintain documentation and compliance.
Work closely with Transport, Yard, Commercial, and other managers to deliver seamless, efficient project operations.
What We're Looking For
* Proven experience as a Scaffolding Projects Manager
* Excellent leadership, planning, and people management skills
* Strong communicator who builds trust quickly
* Commercially aware with the ability to manage programming, stock, invoicing, and productivity
* Hands‑on, proactive, and passionate about maintaining high standards
Requirements
* Full UK driving licence
* Advanced Scaffolder & Inspection Card
* SSSTS / SMSTS (or equivalent)
* Confident with Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
* Strong knowledge of scaffolding operations, designs, and NASC guidance
* Gold Supervisor Card (preferred)
