The Role
Key responsibilities include:
* Leading major change projects that have significant impact, combining project management expertise with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
* Supporting legal teams to review and enhance workflows, develop new products, and improve client services.
* Overseeing the selection, adoption, and implementation of AI tools to drive efficiency and productivity.
* Conducting process mapping workshops, maintaining task lists, and managing risks and actions with diverse stakeholders.
* Helping teams adopt more efficient ways of working, including digital solutions, and guiding smooth transitions to new models.
* Managing procurements and supplier relationships.
* Supporting the Director of Transformation and Operations across firm-wide projects.
What They Are Looking For
* Strong background in project management, business analysis, and organisational change, ideally in law firms or professional services.
* Experience in supplier management, procurement, negotiation, and contracting.
* Knowledge of technology and interest in leveraging it to improve efficiency.
* Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and strong communication. Project management qualifications (e.g., PRINCE2, APMP) are advantageous.
* Experience with process mapping, continuous improvement, and innovation.
* Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence, build trust, and facilitate collaboration at all levels.
* Competent in Microsoft Office; experience with Visio and AI tools is a plus.
