Responsibilities
* Lead, inspire and develop a branch team of 6
* Drive sales performance and new business growth
* Deliver outstanding customer service and build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
* Oversee all aspects of branch operations, ensuring compliance with company policies, health & safety standards and effective people management
This is a full time, permanent role working 40 hours a week.
Requirements
* Proven leadership and management experience
* A solid background in the trade, plumbing & heating or distribution sectors
* A strong track record in sales & operational excellence
* A passion for driving sales growth and nurturing team development
