Job Description

Müller UK & Ireland is a leading dairy products manufacturer with over 31,000 employees across Europe. In the UK, Müller develops and markets a range of branded and private label dairy products made from milk supplied by 1,300 British farmers.

The role involves managing and optimising supply chain processes to ensure high service levels and efficiency. This includes collaborating with customers and internal stakeholders to manage interactions across the complete end-to-end supply chain for Müller's dairy products.

* Support on supply chain collaboration with M&S on supply chain-related matters.
* Act as a key connection between our customer and internal networks, supporting the relevant flow of communications.
* Regularly attend M&S head office & Müller supply sites to support main tasks and responsibilities of the role.
* Coordinate and conduct regular service reviews with the customer and internal business units on supply chain performance.
* Track and report on service KPIs and support product availability improvement.
* Project manage relevant collaboration and provide communications relating to business change, network change, or specific events (e.g., peak periods & bank holidays).
* Support performance and metrics by monitoring available data and information to improve performance.
* Support value chain initiatives to improve inbound efficiency across the full MMI supply chain – MMI & M&S.

Main Responsibilities:

• Supply Chain Experience

• Fast-paced Environment

• Microsoft Office Packages, including Excel

• SAP / AS400 / COGNOS knowledge desirable but not essential

• Ability to work under pressure

• Excellent Communication Skills, both written and verbal

• Proactive, Team Player, Ownership

• Good understanding of all procedures within a discipline
