Role: Front of House, Admin Assistant Location : Solihull The Lounge team is growing! We’re looking for a Front of House Admin Assistant to join our People Team. We are looking for someone to join our team who can offer a personal and professional service to everyone that visits our Solihull HQ. We are incredibly passionate about delivering exceptional service to all of our team members and visitors, and we give the highest level of service at all times across our opening hours. We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast paced, varied role, who is a natural people person. Within This Role You Will Be a warm, welcoming face to all of our visitors (both internal and external). Manage deliveries to HQ, ensuring all parcels are safely stored, checked and/or flagged. Provide efficient, detailed and prompt service to all our visitors. Perform general administrative duties. Maintain and order office supplies. Maintain high security levels. Work closely with the Facilities Team and be the first port of call to everyone visiting the site such as contractors, external partners & interviewees. Provide first-hand assistance for directions to/around the building as well as logging and ensuring access to the building. Ensure everyone visiting HQ signs in/out, ensuring access cards are issued and promptly deactivated when necessary. Keep a record of who is in the building at all times. Additional admin to meet any requirements of the business on a day-to-day basis. Be a brand ambassador for the company at all times. Welcome new starters for their first day at Lounge, ensuring all necessary information is collected and fobs are created. Support with booking company-wide accommodation and travel. Support our Brand Team on preparing packages for photoshoots and/or events. Support with managing laptops, including preparing them for new starters. We’d Love It If You Are incredibly organised and able to manage your time effectively. Are extremely confident in writing professional communication with great grammar and an on-brand tone of voice. Are an excellent communicator, listener and a quick learner. Are open to adapting to the business’ needs and changes. Are happy to work independently and have the desire to work alongside a fast-growing brand. Naturally enjoy helping people. Are you willing to be flexible in a role where every day is different?
