About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Registered Manager to lead our domiciliary and supported living care services in Cheshunt. This role is ideal for a committed professional who is passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centred care to the people we support, meet the expectations of the local authority, commissioners, and regulatory bodies.
You will be responsible for maintaining our high CQC standards (currently rated Good), managing our care coordination team and support workers, and ensuring consistent, safe, and effective care delivery across the service.
Key Responsibilities
1. Fulfil CQC Registered Manager requirements within the first 6 months.
2. Ensure compliance with the Health and Social Care Act 2008 (Regulated Activities) Regulations 2014.
3. Lead, supervise and appraise a team of care staff and coordinators.
