What you'll be doing:
* Shape future concepts - Lead early-stage investigations, exploring 'what if', 'when', and 'how' scenarios to define viable system solutions
* Drive system design - Develop system, sub-system, and equipment-level requirements, ensuring performance meets ambitious goals
* Influence key decisions - Conduct trade studies, resolve design challenges, and collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders
* Deliver end-to-end systems engineering - Work across the full V-model, supporting verification, trials, and evidence-based validation
* Collaborate across boundaries - Partner with internal teams and external suppliers to deliver concept demonstrations and breakthrough capabilities
What we're looking for:

* Systems engineering, particularly in architecture, requirements, and lifecycle delivery
* Tools such as DOORS, DOORS Next, or Rhapsody
* Trade studies, problem-solving, and resolving complex design challenges
* Ability to work independently or within small, high-performing teams in fast-paced environments
