_This Established company is growing its portfolio of homes and so are now looking for a Registered Manager in Oadby._

_2 bed LD Home _
*Responsibilities of a Registered Manager:*
* Managing a team of Residential workers and coordinating staffing rotas
* Working together with the Local Authority to ensure effective matching and placement of young people
* Creating a culture and ethos where the complex needs of the individual young people and the group are met
* Quality assuring transition plans, ensuring that these plans are aspirational in terms of supporting the children to achieve.
* Ensure that the physical environment of the home always remains at a high standard
* Holding team meetings to share information, practice development and share any arising issues with the management team for resolution
* Attending a variety of formal meetings to represent the Service and/or on behalf of the Children's Services Manager
* Contributing to service development
* This role includes an expectation of on call working, though this is shared with both the Deputy and Ops Manager.
*To be considered for this Registered Manager position you must have:*
* A minimum of 2 years' experience within a Residential setting
* Experience managing a LD/EBD Residential Home
* The Level 4 or 5 in Residential Childcare / Children and Young People
* The Level 4/5 in Management and Leadership
* A Driving Licence and access to a vehicle. Manual Licence preferred.
* The ability to Complete necessary OFSTED related Paperwork
* A passion for creating positive memories and experiences for children ensuring that they feel cared for, safe and secure.
* Evidence of most recent OFSTED Inspection and URN Number preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £45,000.00-£60,000.00 per year
