Business Support Admin / Coordinator Location: Bristol (hybrid)

As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a Business Support Administrator to provide essential operational and administrative support, ensuring the smooth running of key business processes.
As a Business Support Administrator, you’ll play a crucial role in supporting the business by managing administrative tasks, coordinating schedules, and ensuring effective communication across teams. This is a process-driven role suited to someone highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented, with strong communication and stakeholder management skills. You’ll be supporting senior leaders, managing key workflows, and ensuring that business operations run efficiently.
Administrative Support: Provide high-level administrative support across various teams, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.
Process Management: Own and optimise key business processes, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and smooth execution.
Communication & Stakeholder Management: Act as a point of contact between teams, ensuring clear and timely communication.
Data & Systems Management: Maintain and update business systems, ensuring all records are accurate and up to date.
Problem-Solving & Proactive Support: General Office & Business Support: Assist with any additional business operations and administrative duties as required.
Tech-Savvy (or Willing to Learn): Comfortable with CRM systems, scheduling tools, and Microsoft Office/Google Suite.
Executive Support Skills: Previous experience supporting leadership, managing schedules, and handling sensitive information is a plus.
