A luxury Country hotel located in in East Sussex with AA 2 Rosette Restaurant has a new full time opportunity for for a Junior Sous Chef to join its brigade in an exciting and developing kitchen.
This is a great opportunity to join a small, friendly team and work in all sections of the kitchen, producing freshly prepared food to a high standard, using the best produce.
The role includes supervision of chefs across all sections and the ability to run service
Chefs whites will be provided and laundered.
Hours are worked on rostered shifts over five days to include weekends at 40 hours per week
