About the Role As our Business Manager, you’ll play a key part in supporting both colleagues and customers. Working closely within a small team, you’ll contribute to the overall success of the dealership while delivering an excellent customer experience. Your responsibilities will include: Presenting finance and insurance options to customers after introduction from the sales team Communicating financial and insurance information in a clear, accurate and compliant way Supporting daily sales activities and contributing to overall performance goals Engaging in both first and second‑facing customer conversations Working collaboratively with colleagues to offer new and used vehicles, alongside additional products such as finance packages, warranty, paint protection, and insurance Consistently delivering a thoughtful customer‑focused experience What You’ll Need We’d love to hear from you if you have: Proven experience within the automotive industry, including selling cars in a dealership environment Previous experience in a Business Manager or similar F&I/sales role A strong understanding of financial and insurance product regulations Experience building positive relationships and navigating confident, constructive conversations A full and valid UK driving licence What You’ll Get in Return We’re committed to supporting your development and wellbeing.
