Eliana Bilingual Nursery is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to join our vibrant team. Our nursery is committed to providing an engaging, enriching, and nurturing environment for young children aged 0-5 years. As a Level 3 Early Years Practitioner, you will play a vital role in supporting the development and learning of our children, fostering their social, emotional, and cognitive growth through exciting and age-appropriate activities. You will work collaboratively with other practitioners to implement high-quality educational programs that embrace a bilingual approach, recognizing and celebrating the cultural diversity of our community. Responsibilities
* Plan and deliver age-appropriate activities that support children's learning and development.
* Create a safe and engaging environment for children to explore and learn in.
* Observe, assess, and document children's progress and development.
* Support the personal, social, and emotional development of children, encouraging positive behaviors.
* Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers, providing regular updates on their child's progress.
* Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a high standard of care and education.
* Promote diversity and inclusion through a bilingual approach in daily activities.
Requirements
* Hold a Level 3 Early Years Education and Care qualification or equivalent.
* Demonstrate a thorough understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
* Have experience working in an early years setting or nursery environment.
* Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* French Speaking (Essential but not Required)
* Demonstrate a commitment to promoting children's well-being and safeguarding.
* Be enthusiastic, creative, and passionate about early years education.
* Have a clear understanding of health and safety regulations in a childcare setting.
