The opportunity

Working within our Asset Management team, the Graduate Asset Planner is a full-time, entry-level position centered around supporting Manningham Council's Strategic Asset Management and Strategic Property Portfolio Project functions.


Key activities of this role include:

* Support the implementation of work systems and practices that are responsive, flexible and accurate.
* Prepare information and data on community, services and assets.
* Provide general and technical support to internal stakeholders in relation to the Strategic Asset Management.
* Collaborate with key internal and external stakeholders to achieve service‑led asset management and strategic property portfolio goals.

About you

* You have completed a tertiary degree in property, engineering, community planning, or related field within the last 2 years.
* You are seeking an entry‑level pathway into the workforce, looking to create a foundation for a career in community planning or asset management.
* You have excellent written and verbal communication skills and a demonstrated high level of attention to detail, accuracy and confidentiality.
* You have well developed organisational skills to plan, prioritise and organise work to meet performance objectives and targets.
* You possess an understanding of asset management, property management.
