Are you passionate about pets and providing exceptional customer service? We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Store Colleagues, where your role will be at the heart of our pet care centres. You will play a vital part in ensuring our customers have an outstanding experience that sets us apart and fosters loyalty to our great brands. Availability required Friday to Monday. As a Store Colleague, you'll be key to our success by exceeding customer expectations, upholding top pet care standards, and ensuring excellent operations. You'll also build strong customer relationships, enhancing their experience with us.
Responsibilities
* Provide outstanding, personalised and attentive customer service to ensure every customer feels valued.
* Engage with customers using strong verbal and written communication to clearly convey information.
* Address customer questions and resolve issues quickly and efficiently.
* Support ongoing learning and professional development.
* Contribute to achieving retail targets and improving business performance.
* Work collaboratively with team members to deliver excellent customer service and meet centre goals.
* Work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends and some bank holidays as required.

* Strong customer service focus with the ability to personalise service.
* Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to resolving issues.
* Willingness to learn and develop professionally.
