Omnium is growing and we're looking for an experienced Business Development Manager
to join us as we enter our next phase of sustainable growth.

The Role

This is a
hybrid position
, offering flexibility alongside meaningful collaboration. You'll be required to attend our
Bournemouth office approximately once per month
, with additional travel to
client sites and agreed remote locations as required
.

As Business Development Manager, you'll be responsible for developing new business opportunities across the UK energy market, building long-term client relationships, and contributing to sustainable, ethical revenue growth.

Targets are

, supported by a
flexible bonus structure
designed to reward long-term performance rather than short-term wins.

What You'll Be Doing

* Identifying and converting new business opportunities within the I&C energy market
* Building trusted relationships with senior decision-makers and partners
* Networking confidently and representing Omnium at industry events
* Leading discovery conversations to understand client needs and sustainability goals
* Producing tailored proposals and negotiating contracts ethically and transparently
* Collaborating closely with internal energy and delivery teams
* Managing pipeline activity and forecasts using CRM systems

What We're Looking For

Essential

* Proven business development or sales experience in the
energy sector
* Strong networking and relationship-building capability
* Commercially astute with a consultative sales approach
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Preferred

* Existing industry network
* Experience managing accounts or mentoring others
* Background in energy procurement, compliance, or sustainability solutions
