Responsibilities
* Responding to customer enquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a friendly and professional manner
* Resolving issues efficiently and ensuring customer satisfaction
* Updating customer records accurately using our internal systems
* Working collaboratively with other departments to solve problems and improve the customer experience
* Providing product and service information to help customers make informed decisions
What We’re Looking For
* Previous experience in a customer service role (desirable, but not essential)
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* A positive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile for customers
* Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
* Comfortable using computers and customer management systems
Working Hours, Pay Rate & Other Info
* 5 hours 6 out of 7 days, with 1 rota’d day off in the week. Must be fully flexible to work ALL days
* £12.97 per hour
* The duration of the assignment will be roughly 12 weeks from the intake date
* You will be based in the office full-time
* We’re offering multiple intakes – 6th October, 13th October, 20th October and 3rd November
