Preparation: Execute all aspects of MiseenPlace (MEP) for pastry and bakery items, ensuring readiness and consistency for service across multiple outlets. Food Quality & Presentation: Assist in the preparation and presentation of desserts, pastries, and baked goods to the highest standards, maintaining consistency in taste, texture, and visual appeal. Hygiene & Safety Compliance: Uphold rigorous hygiene and food safety standards in accordance with HACCP and company policies. Workstation & Equipment Maintenance: Ensure all pastry kitchen areas, tools, and machinery are clean,organised, and well-maintained to support efficient operations. Policy Implementation: Support the implementation of food policies, including allergen management and dietary requirements, ensuring compliance and guest safety. Inventory & Ordering: Monitor stock levels, assist with ordering, and ensure proper storage and rotation of pastry ingredients tominimisewaste and maintain freshness. Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the pastry and wider kitchen team, contributing to a positive and productive environment.
