Family Solicitor, 3+ Years PQE, Cornwall, £Competitive remuneration package – My client is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Family Solicitor to join their team, contribute to the firm’s growth, and provide high-quality legal services to clients. JOB REF:9161.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Manage a broad range of family law matters, including divorce and dissolution, financial disputes, child arrangements, and domestic violence cases.
2. Provide expert legal advice to clients, tailoring solutions to their unique circumstances.
3. Supervise and mentor junior colleagues and support staff, helping to develop their skills and knowledge.
4. Contribute to the firm’s business development efforts, identifying new opportunities for growth.
5. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while seeking opportunities to attract new business.
6. Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and service delivery.
7. Maintain and update case files and legal records in compliance with regulatory and procedural requirements.
SKILLS REQUIRED:
1. Qualified solicitor with a minimum of 3 years PQE in family law.
2. Proven experience in handling a wide range of family law cases, particularly divorce, financial settlements, and child law.
3. Strong leadership abilities with the ability to supervise and motivate a team.
4. Proactive and driven with a focus on achieving results.
5. Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage competing priorities.
6. Strong business development skills and experience with client-facing work.
