Role Overview
We are seeking a Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our team at Belsay Hall. This is a part-time role working a minimum of 30 hours per week from March to October, switching to 14 hours per week from November to February.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the manager and team of F&B assistants, including training and recruitment.
* Assist in delivering targets, managing expenditure, and ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation.
* Work with the team to prepare food and drinks using regional and local produce, ensuring high visitor experience standards.
Candidate Requirements
* Experience in a customer-facing role within a visitor attraction, preferably in food and beverage.
* Experience in supervising a team to deliver high standards.
* Ability to generate profit by meeting revenue targets and controlling costs.
* Knowledge of HACCP, Food Safety, allergen, and labelling legislation.
