The Job:
We are seeking an enthusiastic Breeding Advisor to support dairy farmers across Devon in improving herd performance through effective breeding strategies. This role involves providing practical advice on genetics, assisting with herd planning, and guiding clients on the use of reproductive technologies. You will carry out regular farm visits and work closely with farmers to deliver tailored solutions that help maximise productivity and profitability.

- Practical dairy experience

- Full UK driving licence

- Basic salary up to £40,000 depending on experience
