Your Responsibilities
As a Property Manager, you will:
* Oversee the rental portfolio and ensure tenant satisfaction.
* Assist leasing specialists in finding the perfect tenants.
* Act as the primary point of contact for tenants, addressing their needs and concerns.
* Review leasing agreements and ensure compliance with regulations.
* Collaborate with maintenance teams to keep properties in top shape.
* Negotiate vendor contracts to secure the best services.
* Conduct property inspections and prepare lease renewals.
* Post and collect rent fees, along with other assigned duties.
What We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate will have:
* 5+ years of property management experience.
* Strong knowledge of fair housing laws and regulations.
* Excellent oral and written communication skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to navigate multiple systems.
* A professional, organized, enthusiastic, and reliable demeanor.
Compensation and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary range of $70,000 to $75,000 per year, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
