We are looking for a high-performing Senior Business Development Manager to drive new logo acquisition and revenue growth across the mid-market and lower enterprise segments in the UK&I. This is a full lifecycle sales role, requiring a proven ability to manage the end-to-end sales process—from lead generation and qualification through to contract negotiation and closure. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in selling Microsoft-based solutions and managed services, combined with deep knowledge of the cyber security landscape.
Key Responsibilities
Win new logos and drive net-new revenue across mid-market and lower enterprise accounts.
Own the end-to-end sales cycle, including prospecting, qualification, solution positioning, proposal development, and contract closure.
Develop and execute strategic account plans aligned with Microsoft technologies and managed services portfolio.
Build strong relationships with Microsoft and other technology partners to create joint go-to-market strategies.
Maintain accurate pipeline management and forecasting in Salesforce CRM.
Stay ahead of market trends and emerging technologies to deliver informed recommendations to clients.
Skills & Experience
Proven track record of winning net new business and consistently exceeding sales targets in direct sales roles in the mid-market or lower enterprise segments in the UK.
Demonstrated success in complex solution selling within the Microsoft ecosystem in the UK (M365, Azure, Security & Compliance).
Demonstrated success in selling professional and managed services.
Strong understanding of managed services models and value propositions.
Excellent negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Proven ability to build and maintain senior-level relationships within mid-market organizations.
Self-motivated, results-driven, and entrepreneurial mindset.
