An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Bladder & Bowel team to deliver a Trial without Catheter (TWOC) project aimed at improving community catheter care standards within East and North Hertfordshire.
Responsibilities:
1. Communicate complex, sensitive, and emotive information effectively to carers, colleagues, and other health/social care professionals, overcoming barriers to understanding.
2. Educate, motivate, and persuade others through advanced communication and presentation skills.
3. Support and participate in the supervision, training, and development of pre- and post-registration student nurses and new staff, providing specialist advice to practitioners.
4. Line manage specific team staff, including conducting appraisals and 1:1 reviews.
