The market opportunity is huge, native is the market leader in on-campus advertising, and in managing this, we are looking to expand our business development and sales capability. Role overview: The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for closing new business opportunities with Regional and National brands and advertisers that target their marketing efforts and budgets to UK geographic regions and multi-site and city activations. This is a proactive sales role, where you will lead the end-to-end process. The role involves identifying, qualifying, and closing deals with new clients as well as actively working on an established book of business to achieve sales targets and revenue growth. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in sales, show strong negotiation, presentation and storytelling skills. You are an excellent communicator, both verbally and in written format Comfortable building strong relationships with a variety of stakeholders Strong negotiation and influencing skills You will thrive on working towards targets and will be able to confidently negotiate with clients to identify new opportunities and maximise sales revenue Self-motivated and results-oriented. Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced scale-up commercial environment. Proficiency in using CRM and sales software. Additional skills and experience are advantageous: Media sales and/or event sales experience Strong understanding of the media landscape, advertising & events industry and Gen Z audiences. What's in it for you: Salary: £35,000 & OTE of 50% but uncapped - the more you sell, the more you earn.
