Senior Product Owner - Customer Portal Buckinghamshire - 1-2 days pw onsite. 3 month contract £500 - £550 a day - Outside IR35 We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Product Owner to lead a Customer Portal initiative for our client. Responsibilities Defining long term customer experience strategy, and roadmap for the Customer Portal. Drive the agile development process, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and daily stand-ups with offshore team Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, internal teams, and external vendors Collaborate with the QA team to ensure product quality and adherence to standards. Identify, document, assess, and mitigate potential risks or issues to the project. Analyse user data and metrics to inform product decisions. Customer engagement and the support of customer readiness for go live. Experience Required Significant and proven experience as a Product Owner delivering Customer Portal initiatives High proficiency in user story creation and prioritisation Strong understanding of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines Strong technical aptitude and understanding of web technologies (REACT) Experience working with offshore development teams Experience gained within the insurance and/or financial services industry Please apply now for more information InterQuest Group is acting as an employment agency for this vacancy.
