Salary: MPS-UPS + TLR (£37,870 - £56,154 per annum, dependent on experience and responsibility level)

Head of Science - Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage the Science department, ensuring outstanding teaching and learning across all key stages.
* Motivate and support staff to deliver engaging, high-quality Science lessons.
* Oversee curriculum planning, assessment, and enrichment opportunities within the department.
* Use data effectively to track progress and raise attainment across all year groups.
* Collaborate with the senior leadership team to contribute to whole-school improvement and strategic priorities.
Head of Science - Person Specification
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) - essential.
* Proven record of excellence in teaching Science across KS3-KS5.
* Previous leadership or subject coordination experience preferred.
* Strong subject knowledge and passion for developing scientific understanding.
* Excellent communication, organisational, and leadership skills.
