What you'll do
This is an exciting opportunity to develop your skills and join our dedicated team as a Complex Care Assistant, supporting a lovely 11 year old boy who has cerebral palsy in the comfort of his own home, he lives with both mum and dad, also an older brother and a family dog which is a frindly and lovable cockapoo. In this rewarding role, you will deliver all aspects of high-level, person-centred care tailored to this happy little boys needs, working closely with a multidisciplinary team to promote well-being and positive health outcomes. This little boy is described as a “little tinker” by his family, and has an adorable/funny/lovable personality.
The shift will be within the home on a Saturday or Sunday for 6 hours, where this littl boy will have two staff members supproting for Moving and positioning. He has his own vehicle for staff to drive, you must have a full clean UK driving licence. You must also be older than 21 yars of age, this is a legal requirement to safely drive the vehicle.
