Your Role
As a Nightshift Registered Nurse, you will:
1. Lead the night team to deliver exceptional care and ensure the safety and well-being of residents.
2. Craft and implement individualised care plans in collaboration with residents, families, and healthcare professionals.
3. Monitor health conditions, administer medications, and oversee clinical documentation to the highest standards.
4. Provide hands-on care and support residents in maintaining their independence and dignity.
5. Respond swiftly to emergencies, ensuring clear communication and seamless continuity of care.
6. Encourage social engagement and foster a warm, home-like environment for all residents.
Requirements:
1. A Registered General Nurse (RGN) or Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) with an active NMC PIN.
2. While experience in care homes is a plus, a passion for delivering outstanding care is essential.
3. A natural communicator who fosters trust and connection with residents, families, and colleagues.
4. A confident leader with a collaborative approach and a dedication to maintaining a safe, supportive environment.
Contract: Full Time and Part-Time
Salary: Up to £22.50 Per Hour
Shift Type: Nightshift
Contracted hours: Full-time or Part-time (2-3 shifts per week, 7pm-7am)
