Colleague Centre Administrator

Reporting Line: Head of Colleague Centre

Location: Newton Le Willows

Who we are looking for:

In this role, you will serve as an invaluable resource to managers, offering expert advice, coaching, and support on all matters related to Kingdom colleagues. You will collaborate closely with managers to ensure that the Company remains fully compliant with all relevant legislation, providing guidance on best practices and helping to develop effective people processes that

support our overall business goals. With your expertise and guidance, we will continue to provide a safe, supportive, and productive workplace for all our colleagues.

Candidate Match:

Experience/Qualifications/Licenses

(holding or working towards is a distinct advantage)

· Minimum 1 year in a similar role

· Full five-year checkable employment history including a minimum of 2 work references, a personal credit check and right to work in the UK

· CIPD Level 3 or working towards

· CIPD Level 5 or working towards a distinct advantage

Skills

· Proficient in the use of Microsoft packages including excel and word. Working knowledge of other HR management systems would be an advantage.

· Communicate effectively with team colleagues and partner with key stakeholders.

· Strong organisation, planning and time management skills with high diligence and an ability to plan and prioritise to meet timescales and deadlines.

· An adaptive person who can hit the ground running and motivated to drive their own personal development and willing to develop new skills and undertake responsibility.

· A collaborator as well as working independently with a focus on sharing best practice.

· Interpret and support the future critical and high priority needs of the business.

· Commitment to equality and diversity and a good understanding of its practical implementation in the role

Role Responsibilities:

Below is not an exhaustive list and any other reasonable and fair role relevant tasks may be added

Administration

· General colleague related queries

· End to end Maternity and Paternity

· Absence and sickness management

· Maintaining accurate employee records

· Handle essential HR administration tasks

· Supporting the onboarding and offboarding process

· Coordinate and process changes to employment terms,

· Track probation periods and organise reviews.

· Respond to reference requests

· Support Employee engagement projects

· General Ad-hoc requests from managers and leadership teams

· Support for the Colleague Centre Advisors and Head of Centre

COMPLIANCE

· Support relevant statutory compliance and other regulations.

· Working knowledge of up to date employment legislation

General

· To actively promote equality and diversity in all aspects of work with and for the centre.

· To take responsibility for own professional development and participate in relevant internal and external activities.

· To perform the above duties in a confidential and sensitive manner.
