Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute strategic sales plans focused on corporate, diplomatic, and new business development to drive revenue and market growth.
* Build and manage strong relationships with key decision-makers across multinational corporations, embassies, and local business networks.
* Lead contract negotiations and prepare tailored proposals for corporate accounts, ensuring alignment with brand standards and pricing integrity.
* Represent the hotel at trade shows, diplomatic events, and industry forums to generate leads and elevate brand visibility.
* Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities and inform proactive sales strategies.

You bring proven experience in sales management within the premium hospitality sector, ideally in a hotel environment. With strong communication, negotiation, and influencing skills, you take a proactive approach to uncovering opportunities and driving revenue growth.
