A client within the Public Sector based in Norfolk is currently recruiting for a Maintenance/Service Manager to join their Maintenance team as soon as possible. The client is offering a full time, permanent position with the ideal candidate having experience of working within a service management environment. The Role Key purpose of the role is to lead and manage the maintenance/service department, ensuring efficient scheduling and delivery of maintenance services to clients. The Maintenance/Service Manager is responsible for overseeing the Maintenance Administration team, Maintenance Engineering team and Maintenance Key Account Manager (KAM). The Maintenance/Service Manager will lead the growth of revenue, and the team capability required to deliver current and future growth, whilst ensuring compliance with contractual obligations, internal processes, health and safety standards, and customer satisfaction goals.
