Frontier Development Capital (FDC) is a growing fund management company based in offices in the centre of Birmingham and part of the Mercia Asset Management PLC Group. We are looking for an enthusiastic, hands-on person to join our team; someone who can work in both a reactive and proactive manner, approaching each new task with enthusiasm. Candidates will be required to work on their own initiative and a flexible attitude is paramount. This is a full-time role, but part-time hours can be discussed, if required. Operations support duties include but are not limited to: Manage calls, diaries, and meeting arrangements Greet visitors and coordinate meeting rooms Handle office supplies, stock levels, and supplier liaison Support events and exhibitions taking and circulating meeting minutes Prepare invoices and assist with credit control Use Microsoft Office to maintain records and produce documents Fund admin duties include but are not limited to: Assisting with the preparation of fund dashboards including the collation of information Assisting with preparing fund returns, portfolio reconciliations and investor reports using software such as Quickbase Preparing pipeline and fee reports Collating records of professional service quotes (e.g. legal services) Preparing interest rate reports for the portfolio Assisting with the management of fund drawdowns Assisting with KYC processes and using Smart Search to undertake background enquiries (with the opportunity to engage with clients) Assisting with ESG trackers Collation and preparing of information for Mercia board reports Attendance and participation at exhibitions and marketing events Ad hoc admin support Candidate Profile This role is ideal for multi-taskers who thrive on variety and enjoy balancing multiple responsibilities.
