About the Role
Due to continued growth, we are excited to offer an opportunity for a Digital Print & Finishing Operator to join our industry-leading team. Based at our Chesterfield site, you will play a key role in the day-to-day operation of our print and finishing department, taking responsibility for the full production process—from file preparation through to final quality control and packing.
Key Responsibilities:
* Operate a range of digital print and finishing equipment
* Manage the full print workflow, including ripping files and sending jobs to print
* Operate digital cutters and complete packing of finished products
* Perform routine maintenance and ensure equipment is kept in optimal condition
* Carry out thorough quality control checks on all output
* Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment in line with SOPs and health & safety standards
* Work flexibly across day and afternoon shifts to support business demand
Machinery You'll Work With:
* Jetrix i8 flatbed digital printer
* Jetrix 320 roll-to-roll digital printer
* Kongsberg digital cutter
* J-Cut digital cutter
About You:
* Strong attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work
* Passion for print and finishing processes
* Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines
* Experience in small-format digital print and finishing (Jetrix and Kongsberg preferred, but not essential as full training will be provided)
* Proficient with software such as Onyx Thrive and/or Print xsngvjr Factory (desirable)
* Highly computer literate and numerate, with good problem-solving skills
* Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
* Flexible and adaptable approach to working hours
